Title: VP of Engineering
Duties:

Leadership and Strategy: Develop and cxecute the engineering vision, strategies, androadmaps aligned with the company's goals and produet roadmap for power managementintegrated circuits produets. Lead the engineering team to achieve ambitious objectives.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing engicering team.Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunitics to team members.
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuringthe timely delivery of high-quality power management integrated cireuits products.Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define product requirementsand features.
Technical Direction: Set technical direction and standards, making decisions onarchitecture, technologies, tools, and methodologies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as sales, and customer success to ensure alignment on produet goals, features, and timelines.
Innovation and Research: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging teehnologies, and best praetices, Encourage innovation and experimentation within the engineering team.
Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Information and (omputer Science or Electrical
Engineering: 2 years’ experience in the job offered (VP of Engineering in power managementintegrated circuits industry).

Wage:$220,000/year
